Shipping information
Cantieri Creativi ships all over the world. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
We mainly ship via SDA and DHL in Italy and the delivery time is 1/3 working days.
Our partners of international shipments are DHL (Europe, USA, Extra Europe) with delivery times of 2 / 3 working days and FedEx (Asia and United Arab Emirates) with delivery times of 4/6 days lworking. This is only an indicative estimate, delivery to smaller cities takes a few more days. These services may not be available on public holidays and pre-holidays.
For all shipments outside the European Union we operate on a payment basis DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that all customs duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to cancel your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.(We do not ship to:Russian Federation and Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Please note that the purchased products will remain in our possession until delivery.

However, we cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with contractual obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, according to Italian law. We also decline any responsibility in the event that the products purchased do not comply with the legislation of the non-EU delivery country.
